JOB TITLE: Operations & Guest Experience Lead (Hospitality / Tourism)

LOCATION: Cape Town

CONTRACT TYPE: Fixed-Term (3-6 months, with possible renewal)

WORKING DAYS: Wednesday to Sunday

SALARY: R16000 - R19000 per month (depending on experience)

We are a boutique hospitality tourism business operating a High Tea Sightseeing Bus in Cape Town. We are seeking a highly reliable and hands-on Operations & Guest Experience Lead to manage bookings, guest communication, and onboard service flow.

This is a mobile, active role suited to someone who enjoys responsibility, structure, and direct guest interaction. There is no office-based work.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage booking enquiries via WhatsApp, email, and online platforms Maintain and update the booking diary Confirm bookings and communicate clearly with guests Welcome guests onboard and oversee the guest experience Coordinate daily service flow and timing Ensure service standards are upheld during trips Complete daily operational checklists and reports Report operational or maintenance issues to management
REQUIREMENTS:

Experience in hospitality, tourism, or operations coordination Strong organisational and communication skills Comfortable working independently and taking ownership Calm, professional, and guest-focused Reliable availability Wednesday to Sunday Based in Cape Town
