About the role:

• You will be the restaurant's expert on wine while ensuring a five-star service to our patrons.
• We are seeking a thorough professional who is adept at new wine trends and makes recommendations with confidence and passion
• As a Sommelier, you will delight our guests by helping them choose the best wine to complete meal experiences.
• You will be responsible of creating and updating the wine list in coordination with the F&B Manager, as well as ensuring all beverages are stored securely.
• You will share your knowledge through informative training of the outlet team members and management

Profile description

The ideal candidate will possess:

• You are passionate about wine and have relevant experience in a similar property
• You have a good understanding of both new and old-world wines and will be qualified to WSET level 2 or equivalent qualification
• You have a natural flair for service and in delivering a strong service culture, with ability to motivate and develop others
