The Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned Solutions Engineer with a strong background in cybersecurity to join our high-impact team. In this client-facing role, you will work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to design and present secure, scalable solutions tailored to customer needs. Acting as a key technical advisor, you'll bridge the gap between customer challenges and our product capabilities throughout the sales cycle.
You'll serve as a trusted technical advisor and point of contact, passionate about solving complex problems and delivering solutions that address both current and future customer needs. This role demands a solid foundation in solutions architecture and cybersecurity, with demonstrated expertise in technical solution mapping, product demonstrations, proposal development, and RFP/RFI responses. Success in this position requires excellent communication, active listening, and the ability to build trust with both technical and business stakeholders.
Your Role
Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Technical teams to identify customer needs and position tailored cybersecurity, data recovery, cloud, and managed service solutions.
Lead technical discovery sessions, develop solution architectures, and deliver compelling product demos, presentations, and Proof-of-Concepts.
Serve as the technical authority during RFP/RFI processes, solution scoping, and customer engagements.
Design and advise on secure architectures, best practices, and technology integrations across infrastructure, cloud, and cybersecurity domains.
Own or support the creation of technical deliverables including Low-Level Designs (LLDs), test plans, and migration scenarios.
Support migration planning, integration efforts, and seamless post-sale transitions.
Provide product training and enablement to customers and internal teams as needed.
Manage multiple active customer engagements, ensuring high-quality delivery and strong customer satisfaction.
Stay informed on competitive technologies, industry trends, and advancements relevant to the company portfolio.
Contribute to technical content creation including whitepapers, solution briefs, and internal enablement material.
Adhere to internal processes such as delivery assurance, documentation, and quality standards.
