A leading organisation is seeking a skilled and forward-thinking Solutions Architect to join their Digitech business unit. This is an exciting opportunity for a technology leader who thrives on translating digital strategy into robust, scalable solutions.
Working at the intersection of business and technology, the Solutions Architect will play a vital role in guiding enterprise-wide solution design, ensuring alignment with the organisation's digital vision while driving innovation, integration, and long-term performance.
Key Duties

• Design and implement end-to-end solution architectures aligned with business capabilities and target architecture
• Translate digital vision into actionable solution designs and change requirements
• Define non-functional, quality and operational requirements
• Guide delivery teams and ensure architectural compliance during development
• Lead cross-domain integration and API design
• Support RFI/RFP solution proposal processes
• Contribute to application and technical architecture strategies across the enterprise
• Collaborate with other architects to ensure cohesive and compliant design integration
• Deliver solution documentation, architecture diagrams and technical roadmaps

Key Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems; relevant postgraduate degree preferred
• TOGAF certification or equivalent enterprise architecture qualification
• 5-10 years' experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a technical architecture role
• Proven experience with CRM and ERP platforms including Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, and Hubspot
• Strong understanding of architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, SAFE)
• Familiarity with IaaS, SaaS, PaaS, SOA, APIs and IT service management practices
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to work in high-pressure environments and drive innovation
