We're seeking a dynamic hybrid professional who thrives at the intersection of technical problem-solving, customer engagement, product strategy, and rapid execution. This role uniquely combines Solutions Architecture / Sales Engineering expertise with incident response communication (RCA & emergency comms), and generalist product management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Solutions Architecture & Sales Engineering (Event-Driven, Ad Hoc)

Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to design and validate technical solutions aligned with business goals. Support sales and account teams with solution demonstrations, technical deep-dives, and proof-of-concept guidance. Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.

2. RCA Creator & Emergency Communication Specialist

Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) creation for high-impact incidents, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and transparency. Own the process of drafting and distributing emergency communications, balancing technical detail with customer empathy.
Partner with engineering and operations teams to ensure RCAs drive real product and process improvements.

3. Product Management & Prototyping (Day-to-Day)

Drive the creation of clear product specifications, user stories, and prototypes for new initiatives. Partner with design, engineering, and business stakeholders to prioritize features and validate solutions.
Act as a generalist PM, comfortable switching between customer needs, technical details, and business priorities.

4. AI-First Productivity

Leverage AI tools for drafting specifications, prototyping, data analysis, RCA communication, and solution design. Champion an AI-augmented workflow, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency across all responsibilities. Stay on top of emerging AI capabilities to continuously evolve how the team works.

What We're Looking For

Technical breadth:

Background in solutions architecture, pre-sales engineering, or technical consulting.

Product management skills:

Proven experience writing specs, prototyping, and guiding cross-functional teams.

Crisis communication:

Skilled at writing clear, empathetic, and actionable communications under pressure.

Analytical mindset:

Adept at root cause analysis, problem decomposition, and structured reporting.

AI fluency:

Strong, hands-on use of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, design/prototyping AI tools).

Soft skills:

Excellent communicator, adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to context-switch seamlessly.
