Job Summary An exciting opportunity has opened for a skilled and passionate Solution Developer to join a dynamic IT team within a leading health-focused organisation based in Parktown. This role focuses on the technical development and testing of enterprise-level solutions and delivering high-performance applications that meet business requirements across Africa.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in building secure, innovative systems using technologies such as .NET, C#, Azure, and Blazor. Duties:

• Participate in solution design sessions and assist in solution architecture.
• Develop and implement applications, databases, reports, and system integrations.
• Convert design documentation into clean, efficient, secure code
• Build and maintain Blazor applications using SQL and C# for front and back end.
• Ensure all platforms (e.g., Azure, Windows) are secure and compliant.
• Review CVEs, perform impact assessments, and define remedial plans.
• Own and manage Azure infrastructure.
• Provide first-line technical support, including staff onboarding and bug resolution.
• Ensure high-quality system delivery and monitor application performance.

Job Experience & Skills Required:
Qualifications:

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Certification in Ethical Hacking/Cyber Security.
• Microsoft Application Development and Cloud Certification (Azure and development platforms).

Experience:

• 5 - 8 years of experience in programming with a strong understanding of design patterns.
• At least 2 years working with ethical/white hat hacking practices.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, including infrastructure and security.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise hardware and networking.

Skills & Competencies:

• Proficiency in C#, SQL Server 2016+ (including SSRS, SSIS, SSAS), and Microsoft Azure architecture.
• Experience with Blazor / Razor / Bootstrap / Angular.
• Solid understanding of web service frameworks including SOAP, WCF, and REST
• Familiarity with Power BI, Power Query, AI/ML tools, and low-level programming (C/C++)
• In-depth knowledge of architecture patterns (MVC, Observer, etc.) and OO programming.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• A self-driven individual who questions manual processes and automates them
• High energy, customer-first mindset, and a team player with a passion for development.
