Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Solution Consultant to deliver sophisticated investment modelling solutions for the real estate industry. In this role, you will partner closely with clients to configure and implement software that supports financial forecasting, valuations, and portfolio optimisation. You will act as a trusted advisor, translating complex property investment strategies into effective, scalable solutions that drive measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities:Configure, customise, and implement investment modelling software to support real estate financial forecasting, scenario analysis, valuations, and portfolio optimisation. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their property investment strategies and aligning software solutions to business goals. Lead the implementation of product solutions with limited supervision within agreed scope and timelines, collaborating closely with clients and internal teams. Translate client requirements into precise documentation and actionable solutions. Provide training, workshops, and ongoing support to clients, ensuring effective adoption of the platform. Troubleshoot technical and modelling issues, ensuring software solutions are reliable and accurate. Manage workload effectively, highlighting potential delays and working to maintain agreed deadlines. Build and maintain strong client relationships by managing expectations and prioritising feedback. Share knowledge and mentor peers to strengthen team capability and performance. Contribute to team and organisational goals, while pursuing ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or related field (or equivalent experience). 3-5 years of experience in the property industry, ideally with a focus on financial or property investment platforms (advantageous). Strong understanding of property investment, real estate markets, and financial modelling principles (DCF, IRR, Total Returns, Traditional UK Valuation, cash flow analysis). Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and client-facing communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholder expectations simultaneously. Contribute to team and organisational goals, while pursuing ongoing professional growth.

Preferred Experience:Experience working with institutional investors, investment companies, property developers, or real estate funds. Familiarity with global property valuation methodologies.
