Summary

The Solution Architect SAP is responsible for designing end-to-end SAP solutions that align with business objectives and enterprise architecture standards. This role ensures that SAP implementations and enhancements are scalable, integrated, and optimized for performance, security, and business value.

Responsibilities:

Lead the design of SAP solutions across modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, HCM, and others. Translate business requirements into technical architecture and solution designs. Ensure alignment of SAP solutions with enterprise architecture and IT strategy. Provide architectural oversight during SAP project lifecycles (greenfield, brownfield, upgrades). Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure solution integrity and quality. Support SAP S/4HANA migrations and cloud transformation initiatives. Integration & Interoperability Design integration strategies between SAP and non-SAP systems using middleware Ensure data consistency and process orchestration across platforms. Governance & Best Practices Define and enforce SAP architecture standards, guidelines, and governance frameworks. Conduct solution reviews and provide technical assurance for SAP projects. Engage with business leaders, IT teams, and external partners to understand needs and deliver value-driven solutions. Present architectural options and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 8+ years of experience in SAP solution architecture and implementation. Strong understanding of software development, systems integration, and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP). Experience with enterprise applications, APIs, and microservices architecture. Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies. Familiarity with security frameworks and data privacy regulations. * Preferably mining experience
