Solar Pv Construction Manager
Job Description
Job Summary
Maintaining construction as per the Project Schedule
Project construction/installation quality control
Report findings to the appointed Project and Technical Manager
Adhere to and maintain the project Health and Safety site requirements
Assist in the design of solar PV energy systems
Assist with any operations and maintenance issues on all sites under the SLA
Ensure all ISO9001 and ISO45001 compliances are met during construction
Assist in the handover of the system to the O&M department as per the handover procedure
Relationship management of Subcontractors
Skills & Experience:
Foresight into risk management
Possess great problem-solving skills
Ability to understand and interpret drawings
Ability to identify and rectify issues in design
Previous large scale solar installations knowledge will be an advantage
Flexible and transparent planning
Qualification:
NDip Electrical Engineering with a wireman's license
Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered
