Job Description

Job Summary
Design and engineering of photovoltaic (PV) systems, including panels and inverter configurations
Conduct detailed solar yield and performance analysis using Helioscope and PVSOL or PVSysT
Work on high-capacity solar projects, including recent experience on a 12 MWp solar plant (or larger)
Generate comprehensive electrical designs and documentation (schematics, wiring diagrams, layouts)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, civil engineers, and clients, to deliver efficient, code-compliant systems
Ensure compliance with local grid regulations, safety codes
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 3+ years of experience in solar PV system design
Proficiency in Helioscope, PVSysT, AutoCAD, and electrical simulation tools
Strong understanding of inverter topologies, string sizing, grounding, and protection strategies
Experience working on utility-scale projects (12MWp) from concept to commissioning
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Qualification:
BEng/ BSc in Electrical Engineering
