xc2xb7 Time management and organizational skills. xc2xb7 Administration qualification and Computing skills (including Outlook, Word, Spreadsheets, and Presentations). xc2xb7 Strong communications skills (verbal and written). xc2xb7 Strong numeracy skills. xc2xb7 Quotations and invoicing. xc2xb7 Follow-up on quotations and payments xc2xb7 Submit expense reports of the Sales Team xc2xb7 Maintain a filing system for data on customers and external partners. xc2xb7 Keep records (physical and digital). xc2xb7 Prepare regular reports and presentations. xc2xb7 Management of stock count and inventory system. xc2xb7 Basic knowledge of Solar and equipment advantageous. Requirements and skills xc2xb7 3 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in Administration, Administrative Assistant or relevant role. xc2xb7 Ability to work without direct supervision. xc2xb7 Experience with office management tools. xc2xb7 Based in Secunda, MP.
