We are expanding our IT team into South Africa and are hiring a Software Test Automation Engineer to strengthen the South Africa team. SOFTWARE TEST AUTOMATIN ENGINEER TO DO LIST xc2xb7 You come up with automated test plans and strategies xc2xb7 Developing test methods and test environments xc2xb7 Deploy E2E testing xc2xb7 You ensure that all software released is to our standards and of sufficient quality to be used in production xc2xb7 Using MSSQL, Postman, NoSQL, webjob, PowerShell, XML, JSON, API's, DevOps, Azure, Git, Jira, Confluence, VisualStudio EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE xc2xb7 Excellent English language skills xc2xb7 3-5 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in the field xc2xb7 Strong experience in manual and automated testing, with a focus on automated testing using tools such as Selenium. xc2xb7 Experience with test case management and defect tracking tools, such as Azure Devops. xc2xb7 Knowledge of software development processes and methodologies, such as agile. xc2xb7 Strong understanding of QA best practices, including test design, test execution, and test automation. xc2xb7 Basic understanding of scripting languages, such as JavaScript and SQL, for automation purposes. xc2xb7 Familiarity with different types of testing, such as functional, performance, regression, and compatibility testing. xc2xb7 The ability to write clear and concise test reports and communicate testing results effectively to stakeholders and project managers. xc2xb7 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to identify and debug issues quickly. xc2xb7 Independent, pro-active and reliable xc2xb7 Nice if you also have knowledge of security testing and vulnerability assessment.
