Leading developer of finance software is recruiting for a new member for their team who has a passion for customer service and has worked previously in the insurance industry- either supporting IT/ software products or in insurance administration. Duties will include trouble shooting software related issues, supporting customers, reporting and tracking reported issues, assisting with installation, configuration and training, bug identifications, software updates, and assisting with testing and product QA. Applicants must have a MS Office related qualification, matric maths/ accounting, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar environment.
