Job Purpose and Role

The Software Sales Representative is responsible for generating, qualifying, and developing the sales pipeline. This role reports into the Director of Operations and is an important link between Marketing and Sales so they must be able to plan and execute daily and weekly, required activities to generate sales opportunities. A successful Sales Development Representative will consult with customers and help them reach their business goals with the WRS EHR and services.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identify quality leads and acquire new, high-value clients
  • Build rapport and maintain strategic, revenue-generating partnerships
  • Consistently monitor market trends and innovations in healthcare technology to determine opportunities to gain competitive advantage
  • Contribute and execute strategies to grow portfolio/client base
  • Gather customer insights and develop pre-sales strategies to improve client discovery and acquisition
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to align proposals, pricing, and campaigns
  • Identify trends and customer needs, building a sales pipeline for short/medium/long term in accordance with targets
  • Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select deals in line with strategies, and facilitate pitch logistics
  • Creating and maintaining client databases and mail lists.
  • Monitor and respond to inbound leads, establish phone contact with the prospect to schedule and lead Discovery Calls.
  • Qualify in/qualify out leads. If qualified in, schedule and lead a Discovery Call with the WRS Health Sales Team and convert the lead to an Opportunity in Vtiger. Fill out all appropriate information in Vtiger for the Opportunity.
  • Handle scheduled 10-Minute Practice Assessments on our WRS Health and X-Cloud Websites.
  • Maintain accurate records in Vtiger CRM.
  • Participate in companyxe2x80x99s meetings, Alignment Talks and other company training webinars for ongoing education of WRS Health and our X-Cloud solution suite.
  • Stay up to date on company products and industry trends.
Qualifications
  • 3-5 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in software sales
  • Experience with EHR Sales a plus
  • Proven track record of engaging prospects and closing sales
  • Eager to learn from and collaborate with teams
  • Confidence to prospect and develop new sales leads
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
This is a remote position located in South Africa.
