Description

  • Drive new business growth by generating qualified leads and closing new SaaS opportunities across target industries.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, focusing on long-term partnerships and repeat business.
  • Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline, from prospecting to contract close.
  • Present and pitch the companies risk, sustainability, and compliance software solutions to potential clients.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing directly to company revenue growth.
  • Leverage CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to manage leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to convert leads into successful implementations.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and client challenges to align solutions with customer needs.
  • Work independently and as part of a hybrid global team, demonstrating strong self-motivation and communication.
  • Bring 5+ years of SaaS sales experience, with proven success in business development and quota achievement.
Minimum Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in Business Development or Sales, preferably within the software/SaaS industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently and in a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Experience using digital sales tools such as ZoomInfo or similar platforms.
  • Relevant sales-related qualifications or certifications beneficial.
  • Experience in ESG, Sustainability, or Compliance software advantageous.
