Software Quality Engineer (6 Months Contract)

Job Description
In this role, you'll help shape and implement the quality strategy across the entire development lifecycle. You'll lead automation initiatives, define robust testing processes, and play a key role in performance optimization--ensuring we deliver reliable, high-performance solutions to end users.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Designing and implementing scalable test strategies across teams.
- Creating, scripting, and maintaining automated test suites.
- Running performance tests and interpreting results to drive improvements.
- Partnering with Developers, DevOps Engineers, and Product Managers to uphold quality standards.
- Generating clear quality metrics and dashboards to track progress and highlight risk.
- Completed qualification with ISTQB certification.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in software testing, automation, and performance validation.
- Strong scripting skills in Java, JavaScript, or Python.
- Proven track record with both back-end and front-end automated testing.
- Deep understanding of performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
- Comfortable working within CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, and GitLab CI).
- Familiar with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
