R750 000 to R850 000 Annually

With a strong emphasis on personalized service and cutting-edge technology, the company's services span every aspect of tourism retail operations, from customer engagement and loyalty program management to point-of-sale and inventory management.

Minimum Requirements:
Matric/Grade 12 or A-Levels qualification
Relevant tertiary qualification, preferably in Informatics
Minimum 5 years experience as Senior Business Analyst/Product Owner in software development, with 2 years in Agile
Desirable: Post Grad degree, Honor's degree, Business Analyst diploma, BABOK, Agile Certification
Retail Industry experience advantageous
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Logical thinker, problem solver, and customer-focused
Proficient in PowerPoint presentations
Project Management, analytical, and methodical skills
High attention to detail and delivery-oriented
Results-driven with effective time management
Independent worker with good interpersonal and adaptability skills
Ethical, honest, and emotionally mature
Effective in handling variable workloads and responding calmly to unexpected events
Travel to Office and Warehouses when needed

Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead in eliciting, synthesizing, and presenting technical solutions as the Senior Agile Business Analyst/Software Product Owner
Utilize business requirements to guide product design, review, and process design
Define project vision, scope, acceptance, and implementation
Report to the Software Product Manager and work within the IT team
Handle multiple projects concurrently, translating business data to improve systems and processes
Consult with internal and external customers to understand their value chain, structure, functions, and products/services
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
Challenge business thinking and understand the intent of business requirements
Independently elicit, gather, analyze, document, validate, and communicate business requirements (Agile and Waterfall Formats)
Determine the feasibility of proposed projects
Understand the commercial importance of changes or new features
Estimate total project duration based on experience
Collaborate with Business Owners, workstream Managers, and stakeholders to identify and manage dependencies
Perform Process Reengineering of customer processes
Facilitate JAD Sessions
Manage User Acceptance Testing
Perform Scrum Master tasks for the internal development team and coordinate with external supplier development teams
