Job Description
Are you passionate about innovation and operational excellence? G+D is looking for a Process Engineer to join our Operations team. This role focuses on testing, integrating, and deploying software components, optimizing shop floor processes, and driving continuous improvement in a high-tech manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Test, integrate, and deploy software components aligned with business requirements
- Optimize machine configurations and shop floor processes
- Lead technical projects introducing new machines and technologies
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and EHS regulations
- Collaborate across departments and conduct training sessions
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Computer Science,
- 10+ years relevant experience
- Strong technical skills in MSSQL, APIs, AWS, and reporting tools (Power BI, Crystal Reports)
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills
