Job Summary
A Bachelor's (or higher) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an equivalent magical discipline from an accredited Muggle or wizarding institution
Minimum 5+ years mastering your craft as a software engineer (preferably not in the Dark Arts)
Minimum 2+ years leading squads of fellow engineers through battle (or production deployments)
Proficiency in magical languages such as JavaScript, Python, or TypeScript (or your house specialty)
Deep knowledge of software architecture, system design, and how to avoid cursed code
A heart full of leadership, and a head full of logic
