Job Summary
Key Responsibilities

Lead and guide a DevOps Feature Team to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Oversee the full SDLC from requirements to deployment and operations.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable, robust applications.
Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and resolve issues.
Drive continuous improvement and adopt AI tools for efficiency.
Ensure security, compliance, and system availability.

Essential Skills

Advanced proficiency in Java, .NET, C#.
Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
Extensive experience in database design, cloud architecture, and version control (GitHub).
Excellent team leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage complex integrations and represent industry best practices.

Advantageous

Experience with DevOps tools, Docker/Kubernetes, and microservices architecture.
Familiarity with React/Angular, CI/CD pipelines, and IT security best practices.
Knowledge of ITIL processes, BI tools, and API development.
