Senior Software Engineer (.NET & Linux Focus)
Contract Start Date: 01 July 2025
Contract End Date: 31 December 2027 (renewal based on Performance/Project availability)

ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Proficiency in .NET and C#
• Solid experience working in Linux environments
• Strong understanding of Docker
• Strong understanding of software development principles and practices
• Willingness to take on responsibilities as defined in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter

BONUS POINTS IF YOU BRING:

• Experience with Kafka
• Knowledge of Kubernetes
• Familiarity with GitOps
• Experience with GitHub Workflows
• Understanding of Azure
• Knowledge of Terraform
• Configuration management experience
• Familiarity with observability/alerting tools (e.g. OTEL, Grafana, Prometheus)

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• IT Diploma / Degree or equivalent IT work experience
• 6+ years of software development experience

WHAT YOULL BE DOING:

• Collaborating to design, develop, and maintain scalable software
• Participating in the full SDLC: requirements, design, coding, testing, deployment
• Writing clean, maintainable, efficient code
• Reviewing code and providing valuable feedback
• Troubleshooting defects and improving performance
• Contributing to CI/CD automation and DevOps efforts
• Staying current with tech trends and continuously improving practices
• Documenting processes and technical knowledge
• Being part of a rotational standby team
