What you'll need You'll bring proven experience leading engineering teams in SaaS environments, along with a strong hands-on background in software engineering and DevOps. You understand SOLID principles, clean code, scalable system design, and performance monitoring. You're comfortable mentoring others, managing team dynamics, and driving continuous improvement. A Computer Science degree or equivalent and a passion for secure, maintainable systems are key.
