WHAT YOU WILL BE BUILDING
Secure APIs, scalable backends, and modular architectures in C#
Microservice-based systems built for reliability and performance
Internal tools to streamline operations, monitoring, and deployment
Integration points across cloud infrastructure and orchestration platforms
Engineering delivery practices - from code reviews to release management
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and mentor a team of developers - set the tone for technical excellence
Architect systems with performance, security, and scalability in mind
Work closely with the CIO on roadmap, tech strategy, and delivery goals
Coordinate resources, manage timelines, and track delivery milestones
Foster a high-trust, collaborative engineering culture focused on learning and quality
OUR REQUIRED EXPERTISE
Technical Expertise
10-15 years of engineering experience (5+ in leadership)
Deep experience with C#, system design, and secure microservices
Mid-level capability in ASP.NET MVC, SQL, and Angular
Conceptual understanding of Kubernetes and container orchestration
Strong knowledge of SDLC, QA, and modern engineering workflows
Bonus Skills
Experience in telecoms, networking, or infrastructure platforms
Exposure to regulated industries or compliance-heavy environments
Understanding of legacy modernization and cloud migration strategies
WORKING MODEL

• Hybrid - 3 days a week in office (Centurion)
