The Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and mission-aligned Software Developer to join our client's team. This is a critical mid-level role where you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing the software solutions that support the organization's growth and operational needs.
The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who can work independently to deliver high-quality code and can integrate seamlessly into a passionate, values-driven team.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain software applications and systems that support the organization's strategic initiatives.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.
Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle, from concept and design to deployment and maintenance.
What You Bring
Proven experience as a Software Developer, with mid-level coding proficiency in relevant languages and frameworks.
A proactive and independent work ethic, with the ability to take ownership of projects with minimal hand-holding.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team.
A high standard for quality and a commitment to delivering robust and reliable software.
