Software Developer
Location: Stellenbosch (Cape Town)
Type: On-site
Salary: R40 000 - R60 000 CTC per month
Introduction
We are seeking a skilled Software Developer to join a dynamic technology team. This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional with strong problem-solving skills, excellent time management, and a passion for building efficient software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and support software applications within a full-stack environment.
- Design and maintain complex modules, adhering to coding standards and best practices.
- Work with relational databases and contribute to database design.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance frameworks, APIs, and user-facing applications.
- Grade 12 plus a relevant tertiary qualification in Computer Science or Information Systems.
- 4+ years of commercial programming experience.
- Strong knowledge of both object-oriented and procedural programming.
- Solid foundation in programming principles, patterns, and best practices.
- Proficient in relational database design and MSSQL.
- Hands-on experience with .Net Core, Entity Framework, C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Experience with React (Redux or similar patterns beneficial).
- Knowledge of REST APIs.
- Experience using Git version control with good branching practices.
