Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Inspire and motivate the team, communicate effectively, and handle conflict resolution.
Strategic Planning: Organize workflows, collaborate with stakeholders, and develop long-term strategies aligned with company goals.
Effective Management: Efficiently allocate resources, manage time, budgets, and mitigate risks. Emphasize change management.
Technical Expertise: Understand programming, software architecture, and design principles. Stay updated on industry trends and ensure quality assurance.
Communication / Collaboration: Establish transparent communication, define roles and expectations, promote collaboration, and provide constructive feedback.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
10-15 years in software development, with 5 years in a managerial role.
Strong understanding of development methodologies, programming languages, and frameworks.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
