The successful candidate will contribute to the build of a brand-new, fully integrated property management system, developed using modern but stable technologies.

Key Duties:

• Design and develop complete applications, components, and user interface controls
• Maintain and improve existing systems with efficient, high-quality code
• Write clear, concise technical documentation
• Collaborate closely with other developers to drive innovation and improvements
• Integrate systems with third-party software and services
• Develop both web-based and desktop applications, as well as server-side components

Key Requirements:

• Proficiency in C# and the .NET Framework (including ADO.NET and system libraries)
• Strong skills in HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, and ASP.NET Blazor
• Experience in WinForms and desktop application development
• Solid understanding of SQL, database design, and complex queries
• Familiarity with multi-tier architecture and networking fundamentals
• Competence in report writing and data shaping
• Deep understanding of software architecture, performance tuning, and clean code principles
• Ability to handle multi-threading, tasks, exception handling, and secure coding practices
• Mathematical competence and a high level of coding accuracy
