Job Description
SOCIAL WORKER The Catholic Womenxe2x80x99s League Adoption Society has a vacancy for a Social Worker working 15 hours per week. The incumbent will be responsible for In-depth adoption counselling of adoptees and assisting with tracing. Legal placement of abandoned and consented for children in temporary safe care pending adoption finalization. In this position, you will play a key role in the delivery of a highly effective child protection service working to improve outcomes for children and families. In addition, the incumbent will also be responsible for outreach in schools and promoting the organisation through awareness programmes. Requirements:
- Minimum of experience of at least three yearsxe2x80x99 experience in Child Care Protection.
- Registration with SACSSP
- A valid driverxe2x80x99s licence
- Interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Johannesburg, Gauteng (Required)
