Social Work Manager
Job Description
Design and develop comprehensive program manuals that ensure relevancy,sustainability, and effectiveness of service delivery.
Lead the planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of both in-patient and outpatient services.
Ensure all programs comply with legal, regulatory, and accreditation requirements.
Monitor and analyze program performance, including quality assurance, client outcomes, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Conduct regular audits, incident reviews, and implement continuous improvements.
Oversee all employee-related matters, including wellness initiatives, labour r?elations, employment contracts, and job descriptions..
Monitor program budgets and ensure financial efficiency.
Identify opportunities for revenue generation and cost-saving.
Maintain effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Promote the organisation's visibility and influence within the mental health sector.
Support fundraising efforts and help position programs to attract donor support.
