  • Working hand in hand with the Customer and Marketing teams to build a calendar of club specific activations that bring the social wellness club to life
  • Design in club brand interventions giving members more reasons to visit, engage and enjoy the space
  • Create the blueprint for club-delivered community events and activations that cement our position as a premium social wellness club proposition and set the stage for moments of excellence in hospitality
  • Connect in club interactions with in-app engagement, using in club elements to reinforce our digital capabilities
  • Act as the point of contact between marketing and clubs, to ensure club teams are informed of all marketing activities, providing detailed launch plans for all initiatives and holding clubs to brand standards
  • Closely manage relationships with print and distribution companies to ensure delivery of all collateral on time and on budget. Ensure production, distribution, and set up of campaigns according to the club database.
  • Conduct regular site visits to all clubs to manage key launches, execute activations, monitor brand standards, build meaningful relationships and be the ambassador for our brand within the clubs
  • Establish key measures of success for all campaigns and activations and deliver timeous reports on these
  • Codify and share learnings with HO team, with club teams, and with the Global business
Build the World's Best Onboarding Experience
  • Lead the onboarding strategy rollout across clubs
  • Standardised implementation elements of the strategy to ensure uniformity
  • Collaborate across business teams for seamless implementation.
  • Build clear performance metrics and improve underperforming clubs.
  • Ensure onboarding includes goal setting, app usage, community connections, manager introductions, one-on-one consultations, and habit-forming plans.
  • Monitor and follow up with members during their first three months.
Community Building
  • Drive club communities (e.g., yoga, Pilates, swimming, coworking spaces).
  • Facilitate member connections and two-way communication within communities.
  • Identify and re-engage inactive members through community outreach.
  • Promote community offerings clearly to all members.
Excellence in Hospitality
  • Establish a distinct hospitality experience across all clubs based on Will Guidara's Unreasonable Hospitality approach.
  • Implement standardised but unique hospitality experiences club wide.
  • Train and support teams in delivering personalised, memorable member experiences.
  • Monitor hospitality execution consistently across clubs.
RequirementsThe successful candidate must have/be:
  • Creative or Marketing Diploma or Degree
  • 7+ years of experience in premium customer facing environments
  • A passion for bringing brands to life in physical space
  • Experience in creating and executing events and activations in retail/hospitality spaces
  • Ability to translate brand and marketing into memorable experiences
  • Experience managing suppliers and distribution requirements
  • A team player who thrives on collaboration
  • Excellent communication skills: you'll be the superglue between H/O and clubs
  • A finger on the pulse of event and activation trends to ensure events are engaging and meet project deliverables
  • Project management skills with the capability to juggle a range of projects, managing input and sign-off and ensuring launch readiness
  • Process Driven: You will need to pull together campaign detail and visuals from various sources and compile it all into something that creates real impact in our physical spaces
  • Cool under deadline pressure: there's no time for tantrums
  • Self-Starter: Proactively learn and master new systems and technologies
  • This role requires flexibility in working hours to accommodate the dynamic needs of our members and staff
