About the Role
As our
Social Seller (LinkedIn-Focused)
, you'll take the lead in driving meaningful engagement and relationship-building on LinkedIn. You'll identify the right audiences, start authentic conversations, and create opportunities that lead to real business results from program enrolments to strategic partnerships.
This is a key role where you'll work directly with John and collaborate closely with our marketing and sales teams. We're looking for someone confident, proactive, and highly skilled at using LinkedIn as a sales channel.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage a LinkedIn outreach strategy to engage key target audiences
Build meaningful relationships with prospects, partners, and decision-makers.
Manage daily LinkedIn activity -including connection requests, personalised messages, and thoughtful engagement.
Create and test outreach sequences that generate quality leads or meeting opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing to ensure LinkedIn messaging aligns with brand tone and campaign goals.
Track activity and outcomes using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot or similar).
Provide weekly performance updates and insights on lead quality, engagement, and conversion trends.
Represent the Marisa Peer brand professionally and authentically in all communications.
About You
3 to 5+ years of experience in social selling, LinkedIn lead generation, or B2B outreach.
Proven success generating leads, booking meetings, or managing conversations that convert.
Excellent written English and communication skills - able to write with warmth, clarity, and professionalism.
Highly organised, self-motivated, and confident working remotely.
Skilled in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and basic analytics tools.
Interest in personal development, wellness, or coaching is a plus but not required
