Role Overview
Youll be the digital voice of the business responsible for managing all social media platforms, creating content strategies, running paid campaigns, and protecting the companys online reputation. This role suits a creative, analytical, and proactive digital marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Manage paid media campaigns, track performance, and optimise for engagement and ROI.
Oversee community management, ensuring prompt, professional responses to online queries.
Monitor and manage the companys online reputation across review and rating platforms.
Analyse and report on social media performance, insights, and sentiment trends.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to align brand communication.
Identify emerging trends and implement best practices for digital engagement.
Requirements
Bachelors degree or diploma in Digital Marketing, Communications, or Business.
5+ years experience in social media management and/or digital marketing.
Proficiency in Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and analytics tools.
Experience with social listening and ORM (Online Reputation Management) tools.
Strong copywriting, analytical, and reporting skills.
Excellent communication and crisis management abilities.
