A dynamic and growing company is seeking a creative and organised Social Media & Marketing Coordinator (with Admin Support) to manage marketing activities across two brands while providing key administrative assistance. This role is ideal for a versatile individual with strong content creation skills, a passion for digital marketing, and excellent organisational abilities. The successful candidate will help drive brand awareness through engaging social media strategies while ensuring efficient support for day-to-day business operations.

Role Overview
The successful candidate will own the day-to-day social media and marketing activities for two brands while also handling key administrative tasks. You will balance creative strategy with high attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media & Marketing
Reports to: Managing Director * Develop and implement monthly content calendars for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
  • Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and graphics (using tools such as Canva or Adobe).
  • Write compelling posts aligned with brand tone and voice.
  • Generate marketing ideas, campaigns, and collaborations to drive brand awareness and candidate/client engagement.
  • Analyse insights and metrics to optimise content performance and report on results.
  • Office Administration
  • Manage email correspondence, candidate database updates, client documentation, References, ETC.
  • Assist with scheduling interviews, meetings, and Checks.
  • Support the recruitment team with ad-hoc admin tasks.
Education Profile
Candidate Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 2+ years' experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a similar role.
  • Strong content creation abilities: basic design skills (Canva/Adobe Suite) preferred.
  • Solid understanding of social platform algorithms and analytics.
  • Excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with recruitment admin systems is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
