Job Summary
Develop and execute social media strategies that align with marketing objectives
Manage daily community engagement and customer service via direct messages and comments
Build and maintain monthly content calendars for global distribution
Plan and implement targeted paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, YouTube, etc.)
Advise on platform optimizations and website/social media integrations
Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategy
Provide monthly performance reports and insights
Coordinate localised content for international markets, including language-specific posts
Collaborate cross-functionally on campaigns, launches, and events
Assist with digital media budget tracking and recommendations
Skills & Experience (Not negotiable):
5+ years of hands-on social media or digital marketing experience
Experience with Meta Business Suite, content scheduling, and analytics platforms
Strong writing, editing (photo/video/text), and communication skills
Collaborative mindset with a proactive, detail-oriented approach
Background in marketing, PR, communications, or a related field preferred
Bonus points if you've worked in action sports, lifestyle, or product-based industries
