We are seeking a proactive, creative, and detail-oriented Social Media Team Member to manage and grow our online presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will not only create engaging content but also address key gaps in consistency, planning, analytics, and community engagement to ensure that our social media strategy drives measurable results.
Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Branding
Develop and post high-quality, on-brand content (graphics, videos, carousels, captions) consistently across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms.
Maintain a cohesive brand voice, visual identity, and storytelling approach that aligns with campaign objectives.
Adapt content to fit platform best practices (timing, formats, hashtags, tone).
Content Planning & Scheduling
Create and maintain a
monthly content calendar
with clear themes, content pillars, and posting schedules to avoid gaps in posting.
Ensure timely execution of planned campaigns, promotions, and seasonal activations.
Collaborate with marketing leads to align social activity with overall brand launches, events, and product pushes.
Community Engagement
Actively monitor comments, DMs, mentions, and tagged content; respond promptly and professionally.
Build relationships with followers, influencers, and communities relevant to our brands.
Drive UGC (user-generated content) campaigns and interactive posts (polls, quizzes, challenges).
Analytics & Reporting
Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, click-throughs, conversions) and generate weekly/monthly reports.
Use insights to recommend adjustments to content strategy and posting frequency.
Benchmark against competitors and identify opportunities to grow reach and engagement.
Campaign Execution
Support influencer collaborations, PR packages, giveaways, and paid ads with strong social media integration.
Assist in developing innovative campaign ideas to differentiate our brands in crowded markets.
Monitor trends, memes, and cultural moments to create relevant and reactive content.
Process & Coordination
Work with the design and marketing team to ensure timely delivery of creative assets.
Maintain a library of approved brand assets, templates, and hashtags for consistent use.
Ensure all posts meet regulatory, compliance, and brand standards before publishing.
