We're Hiring: Full Time Social Media Manager -- In-Office, Ballito (KZN)

Are you a creative thinker with a sharp eye for trends and a love for all things social media? We're on the lookout for a Social Media Manager to join our growing team in Ballito. This is an in-office contract position, ideal for someone with at least 1 year of experience who knows their way around content, strategy, analytics, and community management with the ability to manage multiple accounts across multiple clients.

What the role involves:

Helping plan and roll out social media strategies and content calendars across a variety of brands.

Staying on top of trends, audience behaviour, and competitor activity.

Writing creative, on-brand content; from captions to blogs to ad copy.

Managing community interactions (DMs, comments, etc.)

Supporting organic and paid campaigns across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn & X.

Tracking performance, compiling reports, and sharing insights.

What we're looking for:

1+ year of hands-on experience in social media.

Strong writing and editing skills.

Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager & scheduling platforms.

A collaborative mindset, creative eye, and pulse on digital culture.

Background in marketing/digital marketing is a plus.
