Expanding reach and community growth by utilising relevant tools, technologies, and systems to effectively connect with target audiences, bringing the master brand positioning objectives to life and cultivating favourable brand perception.QUALIFICATIONSQualifications:A Degree in Marketing is Preferred or Advanced Diploma Marketing RequiredExperience:An experienced digital content and social media strategist with demonstrated expertise in crafting and executing integrated content plans shared across various platforms within a diverse team setting, at a large corporate or multinational company, to support the achievement of company goals. Proficient in analysing data and utilising insights. Capable of fostering creativity and eliciting innovative ideas from team members and stakeholders.ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONKey Responsibilities:Develop and execute integrated content strategies, including social media, aligned with master brand objectives and business goals and ensure their implementation. Identify opportunities for enhancing the organisation's social presence and collaborate closely with various departments such as digital marketing and communication teams, and social media managers to craft effective integrated content strategies that builds brand love and achieve business objectives.Work with external partners or experts when necessary (e.g. agencies and specialised teams like eCommerce, Personalisation and Analytics). Analyse and identify content that could be repurposed across internal and external platforms in order to create fit for purpose messaging that extends content for different audiences. Implement engagement strategies by working alongside marketing teams and external agencies to generate content. Collaborate with platform owners and managers to publish and moderate content effectively and measure the performance against strategic objectives. Analyse online engagement on various publishing platforms, translating insights into actionable engagement tactics.Monitor, analyse, and assess the outcomes of content initiatives tied to our strategies through dashboards and reports. Utilise insights to measure effectiveness, allowing for ongoing strategy optimisation, thereby boosting positive sentiment and engagement. Manage the Platform Content and Engagement function within Group Digital Platforms and Channels, Brand and Marketing, to contribute to exceptional integrated content marketing initiatives, including social media strategy development and activations.Scope, plan and deliver relevant projects and initiatives for the Group in collaboration with centre, business unit and country marketing teams across the organisation.Ensure successful execution and delivery of projects and initiatives through effective and coordinated management, reporting, planning, budgeting and resource management to ensure time lines are adhered to.
