We're looking for a Social Media Content Producer to lead content strategy and creation across social, email, and blog touchpoints. You'll concept, script, and direct compelling content in collaboration with designers, videographers, and creators -- with a sharp eye for what drives clicks, saves, shares, and sales.
Role overview
You'll own the content planning process from idea to execution -- with a strong emphasis on short-form video, influencer/UGC partnerships, and copy-led content that extends into blogs and emails. This role is perfect for a digital-first creative who can jump from planning a TikTok shoot to writing an engaging brand newsletter or product article.
Key responsibilities c ontent strategy and planning
Develop multi-channel content strategies that align with client goals, especially across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, blogs and email
Plan monthly content calendars including messaging themes, formats, CTAs and product or campaign priorities
Conduct trend research, platform audits, and competitor benchmarking to inform creative direction
Content creation and creative direction
Script, storyboard, and mood board content ideas across video, static, carousel, and GIF formats
Direct video shoots with the in-house videographer capturing footage for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and more
Oversee post-production editing and final delivery in collaboration with editors and designers
Write engaging social copy, email subject lines, newsletter body copy, and blog articles aligned to brand tone
Influencer and UGC collaboration
Source and brief content creators and influencers aligned to campaign goals and audience
Manage creator deliverables, review outputs, and ensure consistency with brand messaging
Track and report on influencer performance, sharing learnings and recommendations
Blog and email content
Plan and write blog content that supports SEO, product storytelling, or thought leadership
