Duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Develop, plan, and execute social media content strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
Create and edit high-quality visual and written content (graphics, photos, videos, captions, reels, etc.) that align with the brand identity in conjunction with the team of graphic designers and videographers.
Creation will include joining our team of Property Practitioners in the field for content creation, marketing of property and general ideas for brand awareness.
Manage social media calendars to ensure consistent posting and brand messaging.
Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers to build community and brand loyalty.
Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to align content with campaign goals.
Track and analyse performance metrics to optimize engagement and reach.
Assist in paid social media campaigns and influencer collaborations.
