Duties & ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Storytelling

Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with campaigns and promotions.

Produce short-form videos (TikTok, Reels) that combine entertainment and product demonstrations.

Capture and edit photos, graphics, and videos highlighting products, staff, and customer experiences.

Ensure every video includes a strong 3-second hook and clear call-to-action (CTA).

Brand & Community Building

Create a brand voice that is authentic, relatable, and emotionally engaging.

Balance humor and storytelling with clear product tie-ins to maintain brand visibility.

Localize content using regional culture, slang, and community relevance.

Develop consistent content series

Customer Engagement

Actively respond to comments, messages, and mentions across platforms.

Encourage and repost user-generated content such as unboxings and first-night reviews.

Run interactive challenges, polls, Lives, and Q&A sessions to increase engagement.

Trendspotting & Growth

Monitor and adapt trending sounds, challenges, and memes with a sleep-related twist.

Experiment with new TikTok/Instagram features (duets, AR effects, green screen).

Stay ahead of competitors by creating faster, smarter, and more relevant content.

Performance & Analytics

Track KPIs including reach, engagement rate, saves, shares, and conversion metrics.

Produce monthly performance reports and recommend adjustments.

Double down on high-performing content while refining underperforming posts.

Collaboration & Campaign Support

Work with sales teams to translate promotions into social-first campaigns.

Collaborate with influencers and micro-creators in relevant niches.

Create ad-ready creatives for paid campaigns.

Authority & Decision-Making Power

Develop, publish, and schedule daily content independently.

Engage with followers in the brand's approved tone of voice.

Propose and test new creative formats and content styles.

Coordinate influencer partnerships under budget guidance.

Recommend and execute paid promotions for high-performing content.
