// We are seeking a highly skilled, creative, and strategic social media community manager to join our marketing team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with senior marketing leadership and partner agencies to develop and execute our social media strategy.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks
// Community Engagement:
Actively engage with consumers on various platforms (social media, forums, events) to foster a sense of community and brand loyalty.
Respond to consumer inquiries and feedback promptly, ensuring a positive brand experience.
// Insights and Reporting:
Monitor community sentiment and gather consumer insights to inform marketing strategies and product development.
Prepare reports on community engagement metrics and share insights with the broader team.
// Campaign Support:
Assist in the planning and execution of community-focused campaigns, events, and promotions.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of community initiatives.
// Community Development:
Identify and engage key influencers and brand advocates within the community to amplify Bayer Consumer Health's presence.
Organize and host community events (virtual and in-person) to strengthen relationships and promote product awareness.
// Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal and external partners to achieve Consumer Health and individual brand goals by engaging with new technology, inventory, data, creative, and attribution partnerships.
// Quality and reporting Systems:
Actively record safety observation and adverse events, adhere to all SOPs, Bayer digital policies and processes, actively promote the Bayer safety culture and best practices.
Key Skills and Competencies
// Proven experience and track record of growing social media pages (case studies or examples required)
// Management Systems: Familiarity with Git or similar tools
// Social Media Management tools and analytics: Meta Analytics reports, hoodsuites, meltwater
// Data governance: Practices and tools (such as creativeX) to ensure content quality and security
// Strong analytical skills: Ability to analyze and derive actionable insights
// Excellent communication and collaboration skills: Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging content. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. Must have a Knack for story telling
