Media Buyer - Social Media Strategist:Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Media Buyer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective social media advertising strategies. This role requires a deep understanding of various social media platforms, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.Key Responsibilities: * Strategy Development:

  • Create comprehensive social media advertising strategies that align with overall marketing objectives and target audience.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices in social media advertising.
  • Campaign Planning:
  • Plan and execute paid social media campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad content, including visuals and copy.
  • Budget Management:
  • Manage and allocate advertising budgets across various platforms to ensure cost-effective spending.
  • Monitor and adjust budgets in response to campaign performance and changing market conditions.
  • Ad Buying and Placement:
  • Purchase ads on social media platforms, ensuring optimal placement and timing to reach the target audience effectively.
  • Use ad management tools and platforms for precise targeting and retargeting efforts.
  • Performance Analysis:
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Utilize analytics tools to measure the success of campaigns against predefined KPIs and benchmarks.
  • Optimization:
  • Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data to improve ROI.
  • Test and iterate on various ad elements, including targeting options, creative assets, and bidding strategies.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment with business goals.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on campaign progress and outcomes.
  • Compliance and Best Practices:
  • Ensure all advertising activities comply with platform policies and legal regulations.
  • Implement best practices for data privacy and ethical advertising.
Qualifications:Proven experience as a Media Buyer or similar role, specifically in social media advertising.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their advertising capabilities.
  • Proficiency with ad management tools (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with programmatic ad buying.
  • Knowledge of SEO and SEM.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing strategies.
  • Certification in digital marketing or social media advertising (e.g., Facebook Blueprint, Google Ads).
Work Environment:
  • Full-time Remote position.
  • 3pm to 11pm USA hours.
