Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Create and manage social media content calendar, including writing and scheduling posts
- Monitor social media platforms for trends, news, and feedback
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels
- Analyze social media data and metrics to identify trends and insights
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and performance tracking Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of public relations, advertising, and social media management
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, stigmatise Insights, and other social media analytics tools
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and social media marketing for driving sales
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of social listening tools to monitor brand mentions and sentiment analysis
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator for creating graphics and visuals
