Job Summary Our client is urgently looking to source an experienced Social Media and Brand Officer. Job purpose: The Social Media and Brand Officer responsibilities revolve around organising and running marketing campaigns over social media platforms. Focusing on keeping track of data and analysing the performance of social media campaigns. This role includes being responsible for advertising, design, public relations and customer service. Key performance areas: Managing special projects Identify and book venues Coordinate the booking of transport Coordinate charity fund - raising campaigns Coordinate and activate fundraising activations Compile weekly reports for charities and Board Committee Create detailed plans, build relationships with partner organisations Coordination of seminars Coordinate Road Show Programme Confirm and book venues Coordinate travel and accommodation bookings Coordinate and execute marketing plans Coordinate local expo requirements Maximize the effectiveness of marketing spend Manage Stakeholders Seek social media outlets for on brand expression Marketing organisation Seek media exposure opportunities Identify brand partners for relationship management Assist broadcast improvement implementation projects AGM branding Coordinate the full function of the IP / VVIP portfolio Send and manage invitations for events Manage the VIP / VVIP venue during event Creating and growing Brand Awareness Creating, managing and delivering original and ancillary content to support brand across all social media and digital platforms Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, search engine marketing, e-mail, social media and display advertising Research new online media opportunities Create and upload images for website Write and dispatch marketing campaigns Measure and report performance of all digital marketing component and online shop and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs) Identify and grow target market Identify and research audience target markets Research audience preferences Develop and integrate content marketing Requirements Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business or related field 3 - 5 years experience within a brand, social media, brand and or marketing environment Proven ability to work cross-functionally Experience managing a brand across multiple markets Creative thinker and problem solverPronel PersonnelRecruiter
