The Social Auxiliary Worker will assist in the delivery of social services to persons with disabilities and their families in under-resourced communities. Working under the supervision of a registered social worker, the role includes individual and group support, community outreach, facilitating referrals, basic administrative duties, and assisting with awareness and inclusion programmes. The successful candidate will work closely with peer supporters, healthcare professionals, and community stakeholders to promote the rights, well-being and inclusion of people with disabilities.
