Job Summary EAGLESTRAT, A marketing and research agency seeks to place experts in social media to provide an integrated social media strategy and related digital media services. We are putting together a marketing team that will service various clients. The appointed team will deliver on the current SCOPE AND DEFINITION OF WORK FOR A GOVT CLIENT as well as future clients. 3.1. Team will develop a three-year social media relations strategy and provide the related services to positively promote the Department by: 3.1.1. Production of the social media strategy; 3.1.2. Creating static and dynamic content; 3.1.3. Proactively manage the Minister, Deputy Minister and Director General's (DG) social media accounts, in consultation with his delegated representative, for the purpose of profiling departmental work; 3.1.4. Creation and/or maintenance of unmediated social media platforms. APPROPRIATE QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE Relevant diploma/degree in New Media, Digital Media, Public Relations, Journalism or related field. A minimum of five years' experience producing social media artwork for a government department or organ of state. Knowledge and understanding of Ministerial protocol and experience working with a political principal in the field of communications, with emphasis on new media, social media and public relations. Experience in crisis communication on social media for the post school education and training system will be advantageous.
