Job Title: Soccer Analyst & Highlight Video Creator

Job Type: Full time (30 Hours per week)

We're looking for a driven

Soccer Analyst & Highlight Video Creator

who can break down game film, identify key moments, and build professional-grade highlight reels for high school players pursuing college soccer. You'll be part of a fast-growing team that's passionate about elevating youth athletes. All training will be provided but a basic knowledge of soccer (football) is needed.

Responsibilities:

Review game film (usually 60-90 min per match) and tag key moments (e.g., saves, goals, passes, 1v1s, distribution) for the individual player. Edit highlight videos using tools our sports analysis software (LongMatch - training will be provided) Collaborate with our mentorship team to understand each player's position, strengths, and recruiting goals. Add title screens, player name overlays, spotlight effects (circle or arrow), and transitions as needed.
Requirements:

Strong knowledge of soccer tactics, positions, and youth-level play

A capable computer

(able to smoothly handle video editing, with at least 128 GB free storage).

Fast internet connection

(minimum 50 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload) for uploading/downloading game film. Excellent communication and responsiveness.

Takes pride in producing clean, professional, and high-quality work

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience creating soccer highlight videos. Coaching licenses or experience as a coach.
