Must have previous Utility Management experience
Salary based on experience - to be confirmed
Building billing processing (capturing readings, evaluating load profiles and ensuring that tenants have been billed correctly)
Establishing type of trade, the nature of business & normal usage trends
Council account evaluation - ensuring monthly income and expense on all utilities are optimal and correct
Expense vs recovery evaluation and detailed commentary
Reporting overs and under to client, and providing solutions to increase recoveries to 100%
Sufficient/detailed Tenant query feedback (electricity, water, sewer)
Management reporting - high level comments per income statement where required
Job card - read, interpret and update
Tariff evaluation - increases (must be able to read and understand tariffs) bulk and re-sellers tariffs
Tariff comparisons - motivate financial tariffs, per their usage, the supply size and Lease Agreement per the Landlord
Utility reconciliation (Lease standard clauses based on national tenants) common area billing & Pro-rata billing calculations
Meeting minutes (and follow-ups)
Reading and interpretation of a single line drawings, technical investigation feedback and building take on notes
Ensure that you adhere to company policies and procedures, turnaround times on investigations, client queries, approvals etc.
Annual budget compilation on utilities for customers.
Other tasks and duties as assigned from time to time.
