Mngt/monitor technical function/meet dept. ops plans/provide input to category/technical/supplier strategies/implementation. Support work groups/ensure BOP/manage product specs/authenticity info on portal/Q.C./compile QC schedule/evaluate products regularly/ maintain brand integrity/ensure product safety/efficacy/report on product complaints/corrective action taken. Product/process audits/close out audit findings by suppliers. Customer complaint handling/resolution. Substantiate product callouts/ensure compliance/customer satisfaction/offering best-in-class products/stay abreast with new technology/develop innovative/first-to-market concepts/high-quality products/input into new innovations/range extensions/supplier briefs/involvement/leading category-specific initiatives/projects e.g. sustainability/value delivery/RM substitutions/packaging criteria /ensure requirements.
