Qualification and Experience:
- B-Degree (NQF 8) in a relevant Engineering discipline
- Completion of a Management Development Program
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge and experience in the management of
- Excellent negotiation and management skills
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strategic, quality-driven with excellent leadership
Key Performance Areas:
- Formulate and lead the execution of strategic plans
- Align the area management team with the company's
- Coordinate and integrate operations between
- Optimize the department's profitability
- Conduct high-level negotiations and maintain long-term
stakeholders
- Manage the department based on sound business
- Drive budgeting, continuous improvement, and CAPEX
- Coach and develop managerial levels and high-potential
- Oversee SHERQ (Safety, Health, Environment, Risk, and
issues at a high level
